Module 10: Figure cerebellar climbing fibres

Innervation of cerebellar Purkinje neurons by climbing fibres.

The palisade of Purkinje cells (stained red) has extensive dendritic trees. The climbing fibre (stained green) extends upwards to innervate the branched dendrites of the Purkinje cells.
